Job Specification: RF Network Design 

Technology Skills:

Ability to perform database queries in SQL and MS Access
Software development experience in C#, C+, .net desired
Software scripting knowledge i.e. Ruby, Java desired 
Solid understanding of the terms surrounding wireless communication and their effects on RF propagation
Excellent verbal and written communication
Capability to learn quickly new applications and GIS tools

Pluses: Experience in using tools like Mentum Planet , Mapmaker, Microsoft Mappoint and Google Earth.
